Each flag is finished with a heavy canvas heading and brass grommets, and care is taken to reproduce accurately all fine detail in intricate emblems.
The Indiana state flag was originally called the "state banner". Indiana's flag contains 19 stars representing its admission as the 19th state into the Union. The flag was adopted on May 31st, 1917.
