Valley Forge's Spectramax™ Nylon State Flags are beautiful, brilliantly colored, and made to last- with 100% nylon construction they are resistant to the weathering effects of exposure to the sun and rain. Each flag is finished with a heavy canvas heading and brass grommets, and care is taken to reproduce accurately all fine detail in intricate emblems.
Similar to other flags in the south, the Missouri state flag has three horizontal stripes: red, white, and blue, to represent its time as part of French Louisiana. This state flag was designed by Marie Elizabeth Watkins Oliver, and was adopted by the state on September 4th, 1913.
